Soğan Kebabı (Kebab with Onion)
500 gr. of full-fat minced
500 gr. of onion
1 coffee cup of pomegranate
Powdered black pepper, salt.
Add salt and powdered black
pepper into the minced meat and knead with little water. Take out walnut sized
particles from the minced meat and give them meatball shape. Cut the onions into
two. Fit one garlic beside one meatball onto the skewer. Cook in barbecue. The
cooked kebabs are placed into a tray. Diluted pomegranate molasses or little
water is sprinkled onto it. It is left on barbecue with closed tray for 10
minutes and served.
